Associate Care Center & Back Office Support

RBC has a staff of highly trained individuals ready to assist you with everything from product orders, to compensation plan answers and support for your business. These dedicated Associate Care Specialists are available Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. (CST)

Our Associate Care Center is divided into two distinct functions to better serve your needs:

Order Entry: Here you will speak with a specialist to place orders, find out more about our specials, promotions and offers
Customer Service: Each specialist here is trained on the RBC Compensation plan, Builders Pool Bonus plan, Genealogy and more. When you need more support than product ordering, this is the place to go.
