• Be a new RBC Associate in North America (or purchase their Pro, Champion or Builders Pack within 60 days of becoming an RBC Associate).
• Intend to build an RBC business or purchase RBC products for personal consumption or resale.
• Pay for their pack using their personal credit card, check or money order
• Have their pack shipped to their principal address.
• Not be a member of the Enroller’s household

In addition:

• Orders must be received with valid payment by midnight Central Time on the last day of the month.
• Builders, Champion and Pro Packs purchases must be placed through the RBC corporate office. Pack sales using redemption numbers will not earn points in the Builders Pool.
  
  RBC Life Sciences reserves the right to verify the purchase of Builders, Champion and Pro Packs in order to ensure that the new Associate is purchasing their Pack with the intent to build an RBC business or purchase RBC products for personal consumption or resale. Packs that do not meet this and the other criteria listed above will be disqualified from the Builders Pool.
  
  The Enroller is responsible to make sure that Pack orders are processed correctly, that all information needed by RBC is provided in a timely fashion and that Enroller information is correct.
  
  New Associates cannot be transferred from one Enroller to another after their initial sign up.
  
  Once Builders Pool checks are distributed, all calculations are final.
  
  If a Builders, Champion or Pro Pack that has earned points in the Builders Pool is returned, the applicable commissions, including Builders Pool share earned, will be charged back to the Enroller and Upline in the following commission periods.
  
  Special Notice:
  Pack sales that are fictitious in nature and made with the sole intent of earning points in the pool will result in the disqualification of the Enroller from participating in the Builders Pool and in the Annual Crown Leadership Pool for one year.
  
  The Enroller cannot use the Builders Pool as an enticement or guarantee for income to a new potential RBC Associate.
