Clinton Howard
CEO/Chairman

Following a 16-year career in the medical testing laboratories industry, Mr. Howard pioneered and developed the medical applications of Aloe vera, resulting in several products approved for sale by the U.S. Government and on the market today. Mr. Howard founded American Biomedical Corporation in 1958, which he built into a chain of 40 medical testing laboratories nationwide. He took the company public in 1969 and merged with National Health Laboratories, one of the nation's largest medical laboratory chains, in 1974. Mr. Howard founded Carrington Laboratories, a manufacturer of skin care products, in 1974. In 1981 he established the research division, which isolated an active medicinal compound in Aloe vera, Acemannan. He retired from Carrington in 1990 and founded RBC Life Sciences U.S. in 1991.

Mr. Howard was appointed by Texas Governor John Connally as one of six members of the Texas Air Control Board in 1960. He also served as founding president of Irving hospital from 1960 to 1965 and remained on the Board of Directors until 1986. In recognition of Mr. Howard's civic and philanthropic contributions, the Hospital named its Outpatient Section "The Clinton H. Howard Center of Health Management."


Wayne Holbrook
President

Wayne Holbrook has an outstanding background of success in general business and network marketing.

In addition to serving on the Network Marketing boards of the European International Advisory and Presidential Advisory Council, Wayne was a top income earner for two well-known Network Marketing companies. During his career in network marketing, he has successfully recruited and trained distributors in organizations in the USA, United Kingdom, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Mexico, Germany, Spain, France, Belgium and Ireland. He was also the President of One World Online, a publicly traded internet Network Marketing company.

His most recent assignment was to reorganize a publicly traded company, for which he received high marks and recommendations from their board members. Wayne's career also includes founding and operating Holbrook Builders, a residential home building business in the early 80's.

Wayne's expertise and dedication to success are great assets for the growth of RBC.


Jerry Phelps
V.P. Science & Technology

Dr. J. Lee Phelps earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology at Columbia University and a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Chemistry from the University of California. He was President of Austin Laboratories from 1981 to 1989 and Aneric Research Corporation from 1978 to 1981. He has had a distinguished 20 year career in the creation, formulation and manufacturing of health-related products for large companies in North America and Europe.  

Dr. Phelps formulated and manufactured the original RBC products and then took a sabbatical for several years. Fortunately, he is back working with the RBC Team of Scientists to develop exciting new products for RBC as our Vice President of Science & Technology.


Steven E. Brown
V.P. Finance, CFO

Prior to joining RBC Life Sciences in 1994, Mr. Brown was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Carrington Laboratories from 1980 to 1994.

Mr. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and was previously associated with the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1977 to 1980.


Ken Sabot
Sr. V.P., Operations

Ken Sabot joined RBC Life Sciences in 1998 as Senior Vice President of Operations. He has an extensive background in management, finance, and new business development. He is a former CPA and graduated from the University of Southern California with honors. Ken has more than 20 years of hands-on management experience in the network marketing industry. In 1986 Ken was named Chief Operations Officer of Light Force and directed all aspects of the internal operations of the company. He was directly responsible for product manufacturing, order processing, order fulfillment and customer service. Under his direction, these departments were always rated highly by the companies' Distributors. Running the company efficiently, while treating customers and employees with respect was the hallmark of Ken's successful tenure at Light Force. His experience helps him with the responsibilities of managing RBC Life Sciences's operations, including product manufacturing, order processing, order fulfillment and customer service.


Trevor Scofield
V.P., International Operations

Trevor Scofield has an extensive background in Marketing and Business Consulting. He operated his own consulting business and has worked for some of the largest computer consulting companies in Canada, helping them incorporate technology into their business practices.

According to Trevor, he has been on the Internet for twenty years, long before anyone ever heard of the World Wide Web. His talent for managing both people and technology has been an invaluable asset to RBC Life Sciences’s Canada office, which he headed from 1992 until joining the Dallas office in a wider role as Vice President of International Operations.


Don Clark
Chief Information Officer 

With two decades of experience in Information Technology, Don is well positioned to serve RBC Life Sciences’s customers and Associates. In 1982, Don produced a number of successful software titles pertaining to industrial automation and office productivity. In 1989, Don joined a systems integration firm as Vice President of Integration Services where he managed the engineering and build-out of computer networks in financial institutions across the US. He also managed the Help Desk and Training departments to help customers maximize their investments. In 1992, Don joined one of America's largest and most prestigious financial institutions as Senior Vice President of Information Technology. During this assignment, Don managed software integration and hardware integration for up to 100,000 workstations and gained recognition from Microsoft and others for pioneering new technologies and processes. Through this rich set of experiences Don has developed a keen sense of what it takes to succeed.
